Warranty Policy
At Daniel Gonzalez, every garment is crafted with intention and care. We stand behind the quality of our materials and construction, and we want you to enjoy your piece for years to come.
Standard Warranty Coverage
We offer a 30-day craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery or in-store pickup.
This warranty covers:
- Faulty Stitching
- Broken Zipper or Closure
- Defects in fabric (excluding natural variations in silk or other delicate materials)
If you believe your item qualifies for repair or replacement under warranty, please email info@danielgonzalezdesigns.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will evaluate each claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:
– A complimentary repair
– A replacement if available
– Store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage due to normal wear and tear
– Fabric pulls, stains, or fading from improper care
– Alterations by outside tailors
– Damage from improper storage or cleaning (e.g. machine washing when dry clean only)
We always recommend following the care instructions provided with your garment and storing items with proper support and protection.
Extended Care for Bespoke & Made-to-Order Clients
For bespoke and made-to-order garments, we offer complimentary minor repairs within the first 60 days of delivery. This includes seam reinforcement and closure adjustments, provided the garment was worn and cared for appropriately.
After 60 days, additional repair services may be offered at a preferred client rate.
Ongoing Repairs & Alterations
Our relationship with our clients doesn’t end at delivery. We’re proud to offer repair and alteration services to help extend the life of your Daniel Gonzalez garment.
Whether you need a hem adjusted, a zipper replaced, or light mending, our atelier is here to assist—whenever possible.
For Ready-to-Wear Clients:
We offer paid in-house repairs for garments purchased through our boutique or website. Pricing will be quoted individually based on the complexity of the work.
For Bespoke & Made-to-Order Clients:
You are eligible for preferred rates on all post-delivery repairs and alterations. We understand these pieces are personal, and we’re here to help maintain their fit and finish over time.
